Our surveyors

are your practice peers who have a passion for quality in general practice

QPA surveyors are invested in the promotion and leadership of quality in general practice.

Assessors from other providers visit briefly as they breeze through their forms and leave you with a sheet of checked boxes and an invoice.  Our surveyors seek to really understand your practice on a personal level to ensure the practice receives an assessment that is engaging, fair and founded on the desire to support practices to achieve quality standards.

QPA surveyor teams generally consist of a lead surveyor: a general practitioner, and a co-surveyor: usually a practice manager or practice nurse.

QPA have over 100 quality surveyors, supporting general practices across all corners of Australia.

Real stories

During the visit, our surveyors strive to offer you a positive, engaging peer review, sharing their own experiences and knowledge, and learning from your practice as well. A survey visit is the practice’s time to shine: an opportunity to demonstrate what you do every day, and the quality care you provide to your patients.

The information returned to QPA by the surveyors reflects how you do things in your practice. The surveyors are key to our understanding of your practice, and in our ability to shape a report that describes how your practice meets the Standards.
